The new verdict clarifying the supposed vagueness of the original decision as to the EXACT location of our property is about to be rendered and the ejido is grasping at straws as they try to reverse the course of the outcome. The precise measurement by the Agrarian tribunals’ own topographer, confirmed the previous TWO land surveys that clearly stated that our land was located in the Colonia Melchor Ocampo on the beach and was NOWHERE near these criminals’ land!

I have been approached by a major news service asking if we would be interested in showcasing our problems with purchasing property in Mexico. It is still under consideration.
What I want to have happen before I allow the cameras to follow me in Sonora as I make the rounds to the government offices in San Luis RC, Caborca and Hermosillo; is for the Sonoran government to extend to our family a piece of the “New Sonora” that was promised to all People of Sonora, but conveniently excluded us from that JUSTICE! I am tired of the clandestine court trials where we are EXCLUDED and the state prosecutors office IGNORING crimes committed against us and the complete disregard to execute arrest warrants that are almost 5 YEARS old! They expire in October 2012!! These criminals will be FREEEEEE of ALL CHARGES!!!! This is what somebody in the Sonoran government wants! They have already acquitted 4 criminals even though their involvement in the VIOLENT CRIMINAL act of throwing us off our land is clearly visible on video tape and photographs and completely supported by witness’ statements including that of the local police that were ORDERED back to the base so “there would be no problems” because this was a private party problem! The rest is history!
Even though the Mexican Supreme Court has unequivocally upheld, our LEGAL right to our property and will soon be evicting our squatters. THE FEDERAL government does NOT control the day to day police action of protecting the citizens from criminals. This duty falls upon the STATE of Sonora. They are the ones that decide who gets protection and who does NOT! Clearly we DO NOT!
It is painfully obvious that something is amiss when FUGITIVES (who openly sell tacos and ride their horse around our property) from JUSTICE can freely roam the streets with complete and unadulterated freedom while the victims of their crimes reel in the hundreds of thousands of dollars needed to get justice and restore their rights as law abiding citizens, who’s only “CRIME” was to invest their life savings in Sonora, Mexico.
Although I am still treated as an ILLEGAL GRINGO, I am a naturalized Mexican citizen WITHOUT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!
I have said this before, I am NOT Donald Trump, nor his son. I do NOT have any influential friends in the Sonora government nor do I have the money to compete with the interests that are trying to steal our land; but someday someone with a conscience will say enough is enough and allow our family to receive a JUSTICE that is guaranteed to us by the CONSTITUTION of Sonora and the CONSTITUTION OF MEXICO.
In the mean time; you must ask yourself, “is it really worth it to invest in Sonora, Mexico?” That is of course if you fall under the same conditions we are in; no influential friends or lacking the hundreds of thousands of dollars to compete with those that do have the influence to deny people justice!
Is it really worth the nightmare of investing in Sonora, Mexico?

The appeal that was granted to the losing and opposing side stated that the verdict while ruling that the land in question was in the colonia it did NOT specifically state if it was in or out of the EJIDO lands. So they ordered a new verdict clarifying this point. Well, because the wheels of justice are slower than molasses on an icy day, it has taken this long to get all the necessary documents VERIFYING the location of our land. CLEARLY positioned in the colonia under ANY OFFICIAL map! They just verified it again!
Now we wait for the ruling or new verdict.

Just to show you what a difference there is in the JUSTICE available to the INVESTOR of El Golfo Real Estate.
On the federal level. The Federal Agrarian Tribunal sends a federally licensed TOPOGRAPHER to survey our land to see if it is truly in the colonia or in the EJIDO as the crooks claim.

AT the Sonora level. CRIMINAL CHARGES were filed against the MUNICIPAL government officials including the Presidente. They removed the fire trucks from the private property they had illegally seized. But guess what; THEY’RE BAAAACCCCKKKKKK!!

How does one control that?
An offer was made to DONATE land so the FIRE department could have a home; but no. That is not the way things work in El Golfo. They steal whatever they want with COMPLETE IMPUNITY!!!! They steal land for the streets, they steal land for personal use (delegado) they steal land for the fire department. Wow! What the hell. What is the TITLE to the property used for? Charmin??? Who the hell is in charge?

The appeal for Hector Tomas Wongg continues. Authorities (don’t know which ones) were officially notified of something. The 8 other FUGITIVES from justice are still hiding in plain site in the small port town of El Golfo. They can’t seem to be located even though some still sell Tacos from our front yard! The horse is gone but the fugitive is not. They all continue to FREELY move around El Golfo. They clearly have PROTECTION from those that were assigned to protect the INNOCENT! On the Federal civil case: The recently requested documents from the RAN and the department that regulates Colonias from Mexcio City D.F. have arrived and the Magistrate ordered a third party topographer to go and survey the land to see if it is truly located in the EJIDO territory as they claim or in the Colonial as our title states! The surveyor will use the documents provided by the Agrarian court to determine the location of the land in question. Click on the thumbnail below.

All we need now is to have the STATE of SONORA arrest this FUGITIVE from Sonoran Justice with arrest warrants since May of 2009 but can’t be located!This way our criminal trial can go forward instead of being suspended because she can’t be found!

Boy was I wrong about what is happening with the appeal in Caborca. The paper (or few papers) I thought was a summary of something justifying something is completely off the mark! it’s thousands of pages long. In fact it’s about two feet tall. It is the entire case to date minus all of my fotos and videos adding more nails to the coffin and exposing all their lies. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to scan the file so we all can laugh at all the crap in the file that is easily impeached!
The case will actually NOT be adjudicated in the tribunals of Caborca, but in fact is going all the way to the STATE SUPREME COURT in Hermosillo. I don’t know if there are oral arguments or not, but if there is there is no way I would miss it. I have filed papers with all three courts where they can notify me of any and all movements in the case. I will NOT be excluded this time.
Got a long drive ahead so I catch everybody up tomorrow on the details too tired now!

Hector Tomas Wongg’s Attorney files an appeal of the appeal that confirmed the lower court conviction 9 months after Wongg served his ONE YEAR jail time, Wongg’s lawyer allowed this poor ignorant fool to serve ONE YEAR in jail because, according to Wongg’s family, “They were going to sue me for false imprisonment,”
He let this man rot in jail so that his real clients could continue to hold onto our land. As long as they don’t get arrested (NO CHANCE OF THAT HAPPENING anytime soon) they can keep possession of our land. Why, because the court argues that our criminal case is SUSPENDED because the fugitives from justice can’t be located. The comandante of the state police (PEI) searches the beaches, the streets and the town but not our property for these fugitives, the trial CAN NOT CONTINUE!! Thus in effect we are DEPRIVED of the use of OUR LEGALLY PURCHASED PROPERTY!!!
I wish to remind everybody, that last summer AFTER finding out that there was a trial and conviction, I personally offered Hector Tomas Wongg to set him free, offered to pay his fines and the only stipulation was that he sign a piece of paper in front of the judge that he would NOT return to our land! Tomas Wongg personally told me his lawyer said NO, that they were going to get him alot of money from me to make me pay for what I did to him!
I will be in Caborca tomorrow morning to speak with the magistrates and read the file. As you can read in the above posting by the Court in Caborca, something justifying something was added to the file. After leaving the court, I will make my way down to Hermosillo to see if anybody will be willing to tell me why the state of Sonora is NOT executing the arrest warrants that have been sitting collecting dust since OCTOBER 2007!!!
Read this letter below from the comandante. What he DOES NOT SAY, is that HE NEEDS SPECIAL PERMISSION from his bosses in HERMOSILLO to execute these arrest warrants. How idiotic does it sound that these criminal fugitives from justice can’t be located. El Golfo is SMALLER in size than a typical American University, yet they can’t “locate” the fugitives even though they sell tacos from our property and ride their horse on our property!!! Who is kidding who???

Look at the very bottom of the order signed by the penal judge, the words SECRET are clearly visible. Why is everything in secret, well the criminal code calls for this secretive process to keep the criminals in the dark to the indictments but in my case they use it to hide everything from ME! The local police won’t even pick them up because they have been INSTRUCTED NOT to arrest these fugitives! No trial = criminals continue to be in possession of our land. Why?? Ask the STATE of SONORA why they allow so much obvious CORRUPTION to be FREELY exercised in our case? If the PEI wanted these fugitives to stand trial, they would pick them up in a second!!But they don’t and they won’t. I have seen them (PEI) in action, they work wonders when they are allowed to… Clearly, something is horribly wrong with this situation. Why would ANYBODY not politically connected or with DEEEEP pocket$ want to invest in Sonora??? I know Donald TRUMP is looking to invest in Sonora, but he has clout! He calls up the governor’s office and is directly connected to him, I call and they laugh at me!
The “NUEVO SONORA” is for everybody NOT investing in El Golfo de Santa Clara, Sonora!!! I still get the “OLD SONORA” the crap end of the stick!
I know I am old fat stinky gringo but, the fight goes on!! Someday, somebody with a conscience will give me a hand and apply the law. Let the truth have its day in court! To this day, the truth has NOT been able to stand up to machetes, Molotov Cocktails or corruption in the state of SONORA justice system. Only the federal system has put the truth first above all else. The first question out of anybody involved with this case at the FEDERAL system has always been, “Tienes Papeles?” or “do you have legal paper/title?” whereas the state system, I was always asked what was the size of the land and how much it was worth.. Anybody notice a difference in the methodology of ascertaining who had more right to the land, the violent squatters with weapons in hand or me with a piece of paper issued by the State of SONORA that says we were the LEGAL property owners.. Like I said, I only have the truth and legal title on my side. They on the other hand, hold all the cards!!!
