Today the appeal docket listed that the Federal prosecutor returned the case to the court for final resolution. Best as I can make it.

The new Agrarian Tribunal’s verdict is on its way. It was posted today that on April 25,2012 the file was set for resolution. click here to view court docket it is item #28.

The STATE OF SONORA still refuses to execute arrest warrants for squatters (fugitives from justice) that the PEI Comandante can’t locate even though they sell tacos from our front yard and ride horses in our backyard. They look everywhere else but where they are!!

Today the court published that the Federal Prosecutor assigned to the Supreme Courts requested a copy of this case. The federal prosecutor defends the people (us) against the criminals ie Hector Tomas Wongg.

I was wrong when I stated that the criminal appeal had reached the State Supreme Court; it is actually being considered by the country’s highest court; the Mexican Supreme Court.
All movements will be published here whenever something happens. The court hearing this case is division three of region 5 in the City of Hermosillo.
You have to remember that the CRIMINALS involved with our situation have ALWAYS been protected by the state until this particular case came through. They were able to protect him in a way because the DENIED me the chance to confront this victim/convicted trespasser by concealing the case from me. Currently his co-defendants that are still on the FUGITIVE list, are still being protected by the STATE OF SONORA as they continue to IGNORE the execution of the outstanding ARREST WARRANTS.
In the federal system they have LOST EVERY SINGLE court action!!!!

The criminal terrorist group also known as Ejido Golfo Santa Clara whose actions are CONDONED by the STATE GOVERNMENT of Sonora continue to grasp at straws as their time runs out as they await the “NEW VERDICT” that will stipulate this time the precise location of our land as BEING OUTSIDE THE LIMITS of the EJIDO LAND!! It wasn’t enough that the original verdict stipulated the land belonging INSIDE the Colonia Melchor Ocampo LOT #1 Fraction C!
They filed a motion, (copy has been requested from the court) but other than what is on the public court docket I don’t know what the “New and Improved lawyers” are claiming. As far as I can make out they are being told to save it for the verdict. I was surfing the net this morning looking for somewhere in San Felipe, Baja Calif, Mexico to go fishing when I came across this post.
I don’t understand how this can practice of fraud and corruption can continue to thrive with such impunity by those responsible to mitigate these problems. Is there anybody in power that cares or gives a DAMN???

Why would anybody in their right mind seek the American dream and INVEST in Mexico?? Is it worth it? Really???

There was movement in the Appeals Court in the Tribunals of Caborca in regards to the criminal conviction of Hector Tomas Wongg. He is the ONLY person punished in the 7 years we have been living with this STATE CONDONED nightmare!
Don’t really understand what happened in the case, but the short of it is; they added something that was a prerequisite and ordered something to be carried out that was ordered back in January. Just to remind you of the background. This convict has been out of jail for 9 months and his lawyers finally filed an appeal on his behalf after he served MORE THAN A YEAR in prison! They want to reverse the conviction.
Mexico is shut down until Monday for Easter break.
