For all of those new to our story. In a nutshell, this blog chronicle’s our efforts to regain physical possession of our legally purchased land in El Golfo de Santa Clara Sonora, Mexico.
timeline;
Started in June 2005. Attacks started then by local terrorists.
February 18, 2006 Physically thrown off our land. Photos and Video posted on this blog.
March 23, 2007 Eviction carried out by state prosecutor goes bad. Mob attacks, almost entire available municipal police and state judicial police are called in to control the mob and carry out eviction.
April 5, 2007 Squatters illegally take possession of our land again, police will NOT kick them out again.
July (could be wrong) 2007 judge rules NO CRIME was committed when we were thrown off our land!!
April 2007 criminals petitioned the penal judge of the fact that they are innocent because they have no personal interest in the property. While maintaining that they have been in possession of our land for over 40 years and have not relinquished that possession. (they try two have it both ways)
May 2007 Agrarian court rules in our favor, states criminals have no legal interest in the land because it does not belong to the co-op it is private property.
September 2007 Arrest Warrants issued after Appeals court overturns lower courts decision.
April 2008 Squatters given possession title to our land by providing fraudulent documents and declarations.
It is a bit difficult to write this brief synopsis because I am still having technical difficulties with this blog. I think I am going to try to do a write up on Word then paste it to this editor tomorrow.
stay tuned, i will fill you in on the fraud, lies and deceptive practices by some state officials and one federal employee in particular that has cause so much damage to our cause by is direct and indirect medling that formal complaints have been issued in Mexico City and formal investigations launched. More on all of this tomorrow. I am still having trouble uploading and we can’t figure out why! I have a great deal of documentation to expose.
Hopefully, color cometary will be kept to a minimum and just the facts supported by legal documents, photographs and video will tell the story so you can decide is it worth investing in Sonora Real Estate????
By the way, we are not alone, there are two other American investors that are having the same problems with the same criminals and system. Their story will be chronicled here as well.
When I started this blog, I did not know how to make it flow or how the blog worked. Over time I have gotten a bit more proficient on this blog so I will be revamping the entire layout as tme permits. The Spanish version is better organized but will not be updated after tomorrow March 30 or 31. There is a great deal of ranting and blowing off steam. As time went on I learned to accept things I could not control but not until after my heart attack. I am trying to concentrate on the facts and not on speculation. All claims made will be supported by documentation; at least that is my goal.
