To all investors interested in purchasing property in Sonora, Mexico. Read everything very carefully, there is no amount of due dillegence that can be done that will protect you when something happens. You have NO RIGHTS under the Constitution of the STATE OF SONORA!
Politicians run the Judicial system NOT the rule of LAW!

I just found out that WE HAVE NO RECOURSE to the ruling. They were not found ” not guilty” the were found in essence “INNOCENT”!
Regardless of what evidence was presented, it was never meant to be because the fix was in since the beginning!!
The only recourse we have is an investigation by the National Human Rights and an administrative review of resposibility against the Lower court judge and the three magistrates from Caborca.
If O.J. can get away with murder, what is four criminals caught on video committing a violent criminal act against American investors in a country were the law is a nuisance and not a staple!
Stay the hell away from SONORA real estate if you value your money! That is of course unless Governor Padres cleans up the corrupt Judicial branch and the attorney generals office!

On November 24th the federal court sent my case (Amparo against state police commandante) to the State of Coahuila for a ruling. They will determine of the comandante violated our constitutional rights by not enforcing the court order of arrest warrants. This Amparo is in Division 15.
I have another Amparo in Division one agaisnt the same comandante for not executing another arrest warrant order, there he states he can’t find them either and is more difficult because he doesnt have a secretary! I will post that telegraph that he sent to the federal judge in response to the court order to inform the federal court as to WHY he has not complied with the constituional protections that are afforded to us under Mexican law.

On Novemebr 12th the Appeals Court in Caborca issued their decision to CONFIRM the lower court ruling that “NO CRIME” was comitted!
WOW!! Maybe they don’t have video players in Caborca??? Just watch the videos and you decide “did they intend to keep our land”? The final edict was that Not enough evidence was presented.
I have only $350K in the fight to regain possession of our land, what will happen with those investors that invest millions of dollars on the mega projects that are progrmaed to initiate construction in the near future?? The rule of law does not exist in Sonora, Mexico!

Sonora State Judicial Police: Official Report on Status of Arrest Warrants (click here)
Under the watchful eye of the Bours administration, “Special Permission” was not given to the “State Judicial Police” so that they could apprehend these criminals.
I wonder if the Padres administration will continue this practice or “allow” these State Judicial Police to enforce the LEGALLY ISSUED ARREST WARRANTS by the local judge so that they can stand trial for their crime of DESPOJO!!
Is there a government cover-up with the execution of the 9 ARREST WARRANTS against these criminals?? You be the judge!! How can THREE (3) criminals NOT be LOCATED in such a small place? How can SIX (6) more criminals that supposedly live on our land NOT be LOCATED??? El Golfo is the size of a normal university, it is NOT a major city!! These criminals are able to HIDE IN PLAIN SITE because they know they are untouchable!!!
Just plain UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Some people have e-mailed me asking about this document, its validity and how I came across it. I simply asked the FEDERAL judge for a copy of any and all correspondence from the responsible authority that I was given an “Amparo” against because they wouldn’t give me any information as to why they couldn’t or wouldn’t arrest anybody. Yes it is real, authentic and potentially embarrassing I imagine for the current administration (unless they could care less as the Bours administration did). I might add that the current administration has only been in power for a month so this is old dirty laundry from the Bours dynasty!
The problem I had before, is that I “TRUSTED” the justice system in Sonora; from the judicial system to the police power of the executive branch. They had cart blanche, until now that I wised up and now solicit protection and help from what was previously a very CORRUPT system. Legal rights or constitutional protections were not in the cards for our fight to regain possession of our land. The foot soldier followed the orders dictated by “gobernacion” and NO accountability to the state constitution or to the people!! But now, the federal government has offered the MEXICAN CONSTITUTION as protection from the practices of old. In the past month, I have solicited the two Amparos and BOTH have been granted. I am currently typing up three more and hope to have those granted as well.
A major ruling is expected within the next TWO weeks form the Tribunal Appeals Court of Caborca where they will decide if the lower court was correct in ruling that the defendants only intended it as a joke when they violently threw us off our land and stole it from us and it wasn’t a crime because they never intended to keep it for themselves!!!!
All eyes are on Caborca!!!!
Question for Governor Padres is: Shall justice prevail; or will the status quo of the previous corrupt administration rule the day in Sonora???
Why would the State of Sonora issue title to a legally acquired property and not defend the enjoyment of the rights and benefits that are enjoined by the covenant??
If a politician wants our land, they too can acquire it by simply purchasing it the legal way as my parents did. They don’t have to obstruct justice so my parents would eventually walk away from the very, very expensve fight!

They have a hearing on sept 30 at 9:30 am at the Federal courthouse. They will be shown the video (that is a “fake”) of when they were evicted from our property on March 23, 2007.

Our squatters and their lawyers are clueless as to why ARREST WARRANTS were isssued against them. This video might refresh their memories!!!
On March 23, 2007 an eviction was carried out against our squatters. They decided that they were allowed to return to our land without our permission because they had the blessing of the corrupt Bours administration. 2½ years after being evicted they are still illegally on our land. I will be handing out a CD with this video to every employee of Division 1 in Mexicali so they too can have knowlede why these criminals have arrest warrants against them!! Maybe the lawyers representing these criminals will explain to them, that there are laws that protect the legal owner of property from criminals like them from stealling legally purchased property!!! Some of the characters in this video are defendants in another criminal matter that were EXONERATED by the judge because “they didn’t have the intention of keeping the property” (it was only a joke and NOT a CRIME) but here they are interfering with a legally carried out eviction.

I hope this new administration of Guillermo Padres, will govern for the people and not for their own personal gain as the previous administration had!!!

The State of Sonora PROHIBITS me from viewing or possessing the ARREST WARRANTS issued against our SQUATTERS. However, they tip off the SQUATTERS so that they can run to the Federal Court and waste the court’s time with their lies and solicit an Amparo. For those of you that can’t read Spanish, they claim that they have NO CLUE why they are being persecuted by an unjust criminal court!!! I hope to be there when they have their hearing at the Federal Courthouse!!!! What I really want to know is what ethically challenged lawyer, would represent them at this point and go to repeat their lies ( I will be providing documentation to the Federal judge PRIOR to their hearing!) especially when he / she already knows these criminals have succeeded this far only because of the OBSTRUCTION powers of the executive branch of the State of Sonora!!
